Flosser Tips & FAQs

XYLITOL WATER FLOSSER

Can I use a WELTAB for 2 sessions?

No. If there is some of the tablet left do not save it for your next use. WELTABs are designed for single use.

  • You should always open your WELTIP and rinse out the WELTIP chamber after each use with warm water to remove any residue.
  • Make sure your WELTAB is laying flat in the chamber before closing your WELTIP.
  • If your WELTIP becomes difficult to open/close take a Q-tip with a small amount of Vaseline and lightly go along the top edge where the arrow is pointing

Can I put a WELTAB in my water reservoir?

Regardless of the brand of water flosser you are using, do not put WELTABs or Xylitol into your water reservoir. Only put water into your water reservoir.

How long do the WELTABs last?

With the water flosser set on the highest setting with comfortably warm water a single WELTAB will last a session of approximately 16 ounces of water.

Do WELFLOS water flossers have good pressure?

They provide sufficient pressure to safely deliver Xylitol into your gum pockets where the plaque bacteria thrives. Our water flossers allow you to use a more gentle pressure to remove Bacterial Plaque as our Xylitol toothpaste tablets weakens any harmful bacteria so it is easily removed. Studies have shown that 80-90PSI is the maximum safe pressure to water floss. Our system's highest pressure setting is within that range.

How long will it take for me to notice an improvement in my gums?

Our customers tell us that they notice a difference within a few days. If you have sore or bleeding gums, after a few weeks you will notice a dramatic improvement. This is due to the fact that you will have minimized the plaque bacteria which had been destroying your gums, bone and teeth.
